My Snapshot of Issues/Ideas at March Meeting

This Is my attempt to collect and organize the wg ideas and discussion points prior to our March meeting. I tried to account for everyone's input, but if I missed anything please let me know. This outline represents my understanding, rather than wg consensus. Most items will require more definition and detail as member take up the execution of any tasks. We can discuss priorities including additions or deletions in the meeting.
