Improve the documentation in the Wiki for Linux environments

Currently the https://github.com/geoblacklight/workshop-app-2020/wiki/2.-Prerequisites#option-2 does not include instructions for apt (Ubuntu or Debian) or yum (CentOS/RHEL).
