Feature Description

Details

We want to be giving better view into Capacity usage.

Perhaps some charts of the usage for the past few epochs?

Acceptance Criteria

Create initial component with title
Define desired features and create sub-tasks

Searched for Related Issues

I have done a search for related issues and either found none, or noted them

Total capacity available
Time left in current epoch (query how long each epoch is and when it started, then calculate from there)
Over the last (hour, day, month, year, etc/), what percentage of capacity have I used? Ex:
