[Feature]: Idea: Add tool for seeing recent Provider Events on chain

Feature Description

It would be nice for Providers to have a way to easily see recent chain events from their provider accounts. While this isn't very useful for mainnet, it would be very helpful for testnet where lots of different things are triggering actions.
