feature: add docs to help users with git branch issues

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I updated my plugins this week and noticed one plugin failed on the Check command. This was a simple fix: go to ~/.local/share/nvim/lazy/<plugin> and then git remote prune origin. Could I add this little bit to the docs so users can look it up?

I can make a PR on this, users may not necessarily be familiar with the specific error message git gives and how to fix it.
