Create a metrics dashboard

Display these metrics in a nice dashboard.

• Real time status (so the user knows the node isn't broken)
• FIL Earnings
• Amount of outbound bandwidth
• Number of requests

Features

• A time period picker with options: past week, past month, past 6 months

This data should be pulled from the L2 API. Keep in mind this dashboard should work for both L1 and L2.
