Improvement Suggestion

The curio config should allow for specifying eth rpc api and pdp verifier contract address. These are currently hardcoded in deps/deps.go and pdp/contract/addresses.go respectively.

It really should just internally serve the load-balanced api to the geth rpc, go-jsonrpc and geth both have facilities to do that entirely in process
