Improvement Suggestion

Garbage Collection of unnecessary files needs a way to be enabled automatically for low-touch miners.
To do this

1. Add a config and the changes for that to be safe:
2. GC must not delete sectors from other miners. Instead, raise an alert when found.
3. Default to False. Advertise it.
4. Add it to a "Curio Mining Pool" layer.
