Trying to set up a 2FA on Mozilla

Trying to set up a 2FA on Mozilla but the instructions on Ente are too vague. Not sure what to put into the fields: Issuer, secret, or account . Any suggestions?

You could use the option to scan the QR code Mozilla shares while setting up 2FA.

Tried that and isn’t linking me a code to add. The QR code takes me to my Passwords app on my phone and not sue what to do after that.  Sevell
