Describe the bug
Edge snapping can be prevented by the bottom taskbar in Zorin OS. Speed of mouse seems to be relevant (slower movement isn't affected, fast movement is very likely to be affected). When snapping to one of the two bottom corners, If your mouse reaches the taskbar before you reach an edge, then the snapping behavior will not occur.
Also, the snapping region is not updated as long as you move your mouse along the bottom taskbar. You can have the tilingshell indicate that it will snap in the bottom-right of the screen but you can continue to drag your window to the left side of the screen (all while dragging along the bottom taskbar) and tilingshell will not update the snapping region until you move your mouse off the bottom taskbar.
