Editing packets.ini

I did a search on this and was surprised that basically nothing came up. But...

I want to create a couple of new packets to send, and I'm not able to figure out how to modify packets.ini to add them. I haven't found any documentation on how to edit packets.ini. I've entered the new packets and clicked "Save", but next time I start Packet Sender they don't show up.

NEVER MIND!!! I just installed the latest version, and it's now working. New packets saved.
