t1301-shared-repo.sh test failures

Spotted while building v2.42.0: t1301 has started failing after git/git@bcb71d4

This was only a change to a test script, so while I've not worked out what the underlying problem is, I don't think it needs to block Cygwin releases, as there's not been any change to the behaviour users should see.
