Replace OWASP Cipher Strings with Mozilla SSL Configuration

OWASP Cipher Strings seems to be deprecated and we should switch to mozilla configuration support: https://ssl-config.mozilla.org/ (modern, intermediate, old).

Maybe there is a way to include that configuration dynamically and execute the tests against it.
