How does "Energy" work?

Hey everyone,

I stumbled upon "energy" in the SpacetimeDB documentation. I guess it's some kind of rate limiting. The documentation does mention it a few times, but I'm missing a general explanation for it. Also, I have a bunch of questions regarding energy:

1. How do I enable/disable energy?
2. How do I configure initial energy levels?
3. Does energy auto-recover, or do I need to set it myself (for every user)?
4. How do I configure energy requirements on reducers?

Anyone know the answers to any of these questions? 😄
