Issues feature disabled in forked repositories

In section 5, the lesson material assumes that the “Issues” feature is enabled in the forked repository. However, the current default seems to be that one has to activate this first on a fork:  On github, go to your forked repository, and then to the "Settings" tab. Then activate the checkmark on "Issues".
