Possible IP geoblocking: biopython.org unreachable from Argentina

Hello Biopython team,

I'm writing to report that the main Biopython website (https://biopython.org) appears to be inaccessible from Argentina. I consistently get a "connection timed out" error from multiple browsers (Firefox, Chrome) and devices.

The website loads normally when accessed through a VPN using an IP address from another country, which suggests that Argentine IP ranges may be unintentionally blocked by the server or firewall.

Could this be a misconfiguration, or is there any ongoing restriction on regional access?

The website is hosted on GitHub pages, so any blocking is in their hands. This could be at ISP level rather than the entire country, and it could be short term (eg someone was crawling GitHub making unreasonable usage demands).

It is working from Japan, and I should be able to try via Argentina using a VPN later…
