French locale: June and July both display as Jui

## Description of the problem
In French locale (fr-FR), both month June (Juin) and July (Juillet) display as `Jui` since month text is reduced to 3 characters.

## How has this issue affected you? What are you trying to accomplish?
It looks ambiguous. A 4th character could help clear things up.
