Wrong url?

I can connect directly with my url over chrome for instance. And not within your app. My url is https://yakacompany.com:22222 Net data has been installed with wordops

The information is not refreshed

Almost than a month I can not see the information in the iPhone APP. If I use the browser to the URL it loads. But If I use de iPhone app the information is not refreshing.
