ProgressBars button enables itself incorrectly on Firefox for Android

1. On Android + Firefox,
2. go to software route,
3. click button "Go to Badge"
4. see it briefly disabled (correct behavior)
5. then it reenables itself immediately after it reaches the Badges section

as soon as the user scrolls, the button status gets updated and is correctly disabled, so not a big deal but still.
