Address onigurumacffi lack of pre-build binaries

onigurumacffi is a python binary dependency that is caused by ansible-navigator that is causing a serious of distribution problems.

As of today:

• pypi distribution is missing any pre-build wheels for py311 and py312
• pypi distribution is missing any pre-build wheels for arm64/linux
• fedora is only shipping the outdated 1.2.0 version
