Error on preamble import

I'm getting this error: ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'preamble'. I've read the post from 2016, but it didn't help. When I try to reinstall the matplotlib, it shows the directory, where it installs. But I can't find the preamble.py file neither there, nor anywhere else on my machine.

How did you download the notebooks? The preamble file should be included with the notebooks in the same folder.
