I would find it useful if the end handle of the currently running entry (handle with a black circle) were draggable. I frequently find myself realising that I forgot to stop an activity, and wish that I could just drag the end handle to the correct ending time. Instead, I have to first stop the activity before the handle becomes draggable.

First thing that comes to mind is that could easily lead to people accidentally closing a running record when they click the dot. A solution might be similar to how some apps allow you to delete/archive an email/conversation by dragging it. When dragging down, the word "stop" will appear, with some hint (color) indicating that if you drag beyond a certain point, the record will be stopped. Then, while still holding the handle, you can position it.
