Describe the bug
When using Two Tone Background, the little blue line that shows a change was made to a Prefab Instance is not there.
To Reproduce (If applicable)
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
-Enable Two Tone Background
-Create a prefab
-Create an instance of the prefab in the Hierarchy
-Make a modification to the instance
-No modification indicator

I thought that maybe it wasn't a bug, but there doesn't seem to be any other indicator.
