Not working if the URL contains share tracker (igsh query parameter)

Instafix will not work if you use a link like this:

instagram.com/reel/blah-blah/?igsh=blah-blah

Need to remove the igsh parameter and its value. The correct link should look like this:

instagram.com/reel/blah-blah

or

instagram.com/reel/blah-blah/

And also, if a post's description has too much text, use d.dd, not dd, because Telegram will display a thumbnail instead of a video. However, if you click on it, the video will open, but it can still be confusing for users, so using d.dd in this case is more appropriate.

This needs to be fixed at the code level or added to the README file.
