Healthshot missing texture when using it

When i use the healthshot, this happens. Nothing in the console appears for the missing texture so i have no clue why it does that

i did, same issue
reinstalled the game, same issue.
there is a missing transparent texture overlay in the files themself

This seems like an issue with your game files. I am not able to re-create it, nor any of my friends.
