Test module to check input files

Could be an initial routine that makes sure that the annotaion, genome and proteom files are not using different versions of same organism. The test should also check that an organism is represented in all of the three directories.

It should also check that there are nothing but data-files in the data directories (for example readme files). This would cause troubles when making the proteoms and genomes hashes since we loop through all files in those directories when making the hashes.
