ials-gpu looks like a priority partition to me:

PartitionName=ials-gpu Nodes=ials-gpu[001-033] PriorityTier=2 AllowAccounts=pi_jianhanc_umass_edu,pi_pengbai_umass_edu PreemptMode=OFF MaxTime=14-0 QOS=priority
