Planet Movement Speed Broke

When you have a sensors contact that is the image of a planet, the planet doesn't seem to have the ability to go any speed except one. If you try and make it slow, it goes the same speed compared to trying to get it to go warp.

Steps to Reproduce

Step 1: Make a sensor contact that uses a planet image as the sensors contact.
Step 2: Have the planet move slow and then warp and watch it go the same speed.
Step 3: Weep and then do your magic.
