Reaction MAR04356, which represents D-fructose 1-phosphate D-glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate-lyase (ALDOB, EC 4.1.2.13) is shown as unidirectional:
DHAP + glyceraldehyde -> fructose 1-P

When in reality it is bidirectional:
DHAP + glyceraldehyde <-> fructose 1-P

The absence of the reverse reaction prevents this from serving as a route of fructose oxidation

This work also proves that F1P can be a substrate for ALDOB (Table 1), so I agree to change MAR04356 to be reversible.
