Hello！In func ov.utils.roe，the threshold is different with the article（ https://www.nature.com/articles/s41586-018-0694-x ) and it doesn't consider fisher exact test if there is a cluster of cells which has the number under 5.Both of them really confuse me.I am a starter of statistics and I hope to get an answer.Thank you！
