[Linux] How to build ecode against the in-tree SDL2? #460

For the ecode automatic build there's a script to build SDL2 from source, it can be used from any Debian based distribution. But the script will build and install globally SDL2. This is done in order to be able to distribute ecode with an specific SDL2 version. There's also another script to pick the most recent SDL2 version from the system.
The ecode build script for linux will select the SDL2 library using this script and copy the file into the ecode linux package.
