Bug: controlsPosition affects globalFooter instead of controls only

As for the title, setting for example
controlsPosition: Position(top: 0, left: 0, right: 0) moves both the controls and the globalFooter to the top.

I would expect it to only affect the controls, not the footer (which should remain at the bottom).
