Accounts missing when selecting PolkadotJS wallet #46

Description
From Jeanette, She could not get the 3 test accounts in her wallet to appear. The accounts were set to be allowed only on Frequency Rococo.
The chain-hash filtering was working before but with some of the rebasing I think it might have gotten broken.
