Description
As a new user, who does not have any keys, I want to see a page to tell me to create keys or choose a different wallet.

Acceptance Criteria:

I should see a header: "Account Not Found"
Displays copy that tells the user to create keys in their selected wallet.
Display the option to create DSNP identifier.
Display option choose a different option.

This is an example:

Note
We do not need button for "Create a new DSNP" account
