RabbitMQ bindings for Azure Functions

Azure Functions now has support for RabbitMQ bindings but this cannot be used directly by the existing NServiceBus support for Azure Functions that uses Azure Service Bus bindings.

This issue is to collect information about potential use cases where using RabbitMQ bindings in Azure Functions would be preferable to Azure Service Bus. Please comment below!
