Summary of the new feature / enhancement

Hello ,
Little question : Why are the powershell scripts signed in PSAppDeployToolkit and not on PSAppDeployToolkit_Template_v3 for which concerns Config.psd1, AppDeployToolkitExtensions.ps1 and AppDeployToolkitMain.ps1 ? Thanks a lot , in advance fr your feedback. Kind Regards.

Proposed technical implementation details (optional)

Signed powershell scrips are necessary in the frame of Windows 11 hardening project .
