Hi

the stereochemistry of cpd00874 shows it should be named (3R,5R) / D-erythro.

Currently, it has all possible stereo names, i.e. (3R,5R) / D-erythro and (3S,5S) / L-erythro

What is the real stereo and/or name of cpd00874?

I'm terribly sorry it took me so long to get back to you, I missed this somehow.

Essentially, the chemical structures that were associated with this compound shows that there was a conflict between the stereoisomers:

https://github.com/ModelSEED/ModelSEEDDatabase/blob/dev/Scripts/Conflicts/InChI_Full_InChI_Conflicts.tsv#L189-L190

I'm really not sure how they were merged, its possible that at an earlier stage, the two sources had the same stereochemistry but then one of them changed it, in any case the two structures would have to be disambiguated, and one used to create a new compound, when I get a chance.
