After some discussions and research I've decided that I'm going to change all my active projects from MIT to GPL-v3, as you're a contributor to this project (and to Comic-Organizer) I thought it'd be appropriate to get your thoughts on it before I change it.

I'm fine with that. GPL3 tends to be my go-to license for projects.
