How could the content be improved?

Current lesson state reads more like a self-guided training that might be posted in a blog series. Most time is spent on theory and ideas, and less on practicing skills-based learning.

Possible solutions include:

  • Leave it as-is so it can be used out of the box for self-guided training or for longer workshops that introduce both theory and tools of qualitative research.
  • Move much of the theory content to spoiler tags, which are hidden by default but show on the learner page for those who are interested to find easily
  • Do the same as 2 but move to instructor notes, which will only appear on the instructor version (still open to all but less obvious to learners)
  • Used grouped tabs to allow instructors/learners to select a version of the episode (theory-heavy or practice-first)
  • Move much of the theoretical discussion to one or more pages on the extras section, which can be linked from main episodes for those interested.
