Deploy Read-only version to GitHub Pages

Feature Description

It would be nice if there was a read-only version of the Example Client that could be deployed via GitHub pages

Feature Justification

Just reading the contents from Rinkeby would be useful.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Each (commit to main or version?) is deployed to github pages (like github pages added #23 did)
2. When I try to save anything to the static server it should throw up a modal that says this is a read only version and link to the repo to find out how to run your own.
