[1.7.0-Beta3] failed to turn on when commanded

Description

Some of my TRVs failed to execute commands on the newest beta.

I upgraded from 1.6 to the latest beta and next morning several of my radiators stayed cold. My automations have worked perfectly all winter and in the morning 4 better radiators come on reliably. In fact I can't remember them ever failing

Steps to Reproduce

1. I upgraded to 1.7.0-Beta3
2. 4 radiators commanded to come on. Repeated this manually
3. I had to revert to 1.6.1 due to family complaints.

Expected behavior:
Radiators turn on and set target temperature etc.

Actual behavior:
They stayed off!

You didn't provide any logs, and I suspect this is one of the known issues like #1195 or #1410. Without logs, we'll have to close this issue, like we rly can't analyze the problem without it.
