RefSeq Gene annotator

Can we add the RefSeq Gene definition as an annotator? This information has already been pulled for the MTB Variant Characterization & Actionability Report. We would also like the information to be included in the Excel output. I attached a screenshot of the information we would like.

Yes, we are working on upgrading our transcript mapper to enable mapping to more transcript sets. The first step is upgrading our GeneCode mapper, which is nearing completion, and we will be adding RefSeq transcripts next. Realistically, we are looking to have RefSeq transcripts included in the next 1-2 months.
