download button being useless

Is there an existing issue for this? (Please read the description)

Current Behavior

download all button gets highlighted when tapped on. but that's it

Expected Behavior

the songs downloading

Steps to reproduce

1: open the app
2: scroll down to load the entire playlist (i have to do this for all the songs to be in queue btw)
3: scroll back up
4: press select all, then the 3 dots
5:press download all
