Sample Omega with replacement

I implement the sampling method of Omega without replacement.
However, the author said that make that with replacement manner.
I will to change my code later.

hello, I am confused about your"def _get_masked_matrix(M, omega)" method, why not directly get mask matrix by multiplying M and Omega?
