Buttons on Home page overlap content

Describe the bug

UI elements overlap (not responsive) on Human Signal "home" page when screen width is $\le 1150$ pixels.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://app.heartex.com/
2. Login with Enterprise credentials
3. Resize window or use dev tools to resize
4. See error

Expected behavior
I'm not heavily versed in front end design, but probably something like the buttons resizing and/or shifting.
