How can I import DICOM images for segmentation or other labeling task ? Converting to png may not be a good choice as the transforming threshold needs to be adjusted at any time.

Unfortunately LS doesn't support DICOM yet. But we have DICOM support in our roadmap.

Could you add nifti to do list as well then for neuroimaging?

Hi there,
just noticed this github repo, and like it much!

I would warmly recommend using cornerstone for the DICOM integration and the cornerstone tools for the GUI!

Any news?
My temporal solution is to convert all the layers to video frames.
