Feature description

It would be nice if users could opt out from individual plugins built-in Gradience on first run. We could create for that a new page in welcome_window with a list of plugins, which would also dynamically apply new Flatpak permissions if a particular plugin needs them (maybe implement this in plugin system so that other plugins could also benefit from this feature?).

It's a nice idea.

We can use the power of flatpak plugins 🚀
