APL characters entry : in Jupyter **Lab**, the `prefix` method works, but not the `tab` one.

Minor nitpick : in Jupyter Lab (designated heir to the Jupyter (née IPython) notebook), the prefix (`) method works, but not the tab one. This is a (slight) annoyance for me, thince this I used to use a similar method back in the 1970's...

I notice that both methods work on the origin page pointed to in the wiki. They allso work on the Jupyter Notebook
