Use cargo-run-bin to have per-project dioxus-cli installs

## Feature Request

It's a pain to test out variants of the CLI or attempting to migrate old projects. We should introduce something like:
https://github.com/dustinblackman/cargo-run-bin

into the CLI so it's smart enough to choose the right driver on the fly.
