Process check needs several runs to switch from Warning to OK status in agent version 7 #7469

Description

Describe what happened:
After restarting processes, the process check monitor alert is triggered.

When stopping a process, the process status turns "Warning" at the next check run. But when starting the process back, it needs several runs and about 1 to 2 minutes, until the process check status turns back to "OK".
This behaviour didn't happen in an older version of the agent: tested v6.4.1

Describe what you expected:
The normal behaviour would be the process check turning "OK" the very first run after the process is running. Not after several ones which can go up to 5 or 6 runs.
In the monitor configuration, even adding "trigger the alert after selected consecutive failures" doesn't prevent the alert from getting triggered.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
Monitor a process, stop and start it.

Additional environment details (Operating System, Cloud provider, etc):
OS: Debian 10
Agent version: 7, reproduced in 7.20.1, 7.24.1, 7.25.1.
